Get Enough Sleep, Sleeping well at night is essential for building up strong immunity. Take 6-7 hours of sleep daily.

In such times, measures such as social distancing are necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but they can make one feel alone and can provoke stress and anxiety. 

Cut yourself from the constant Negative News-
Also constantly reading, hearing, and watching the news about the pandemic can upset and can have negative effects. Take breaks from social media and limiting news to just twice a day.
